Can I order yet?

We're getting our first collection ready. You can explore products and build a preview bag, but checkout isn't open yet. Nothing you add here creates an order or charges you.

Can I mix patch colors?

Yes. Choose a color for each box. Every two individual patch boxes in your bag automatically cost $12.99. Each box contains 48 patches in one color.

How do mask bundles work?

The duo includes one white and one pink mask for $8.99. The four-mask set includes two of each for $15.99. Add your preferred set from Better Together to get its bundle price.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $5.99 per order. Your bag shows the product subtotal, shipping and estimated total before checkout. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

Do I need an account?

No. XALVARA will use secure Stripe checkout and you can pay as a guest. You will only need to provide the contact and delivery information required to complete your order.

What is the return policy?

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@xalvara.com so we can make it right.
